what pools these mortals pee

heh, so much controversy over evolution. A general term used to describe anything from how species change over time, to where they all came from.

such a worthless idea, and the cause of much worthless debate. There is no observational proof that a persons mind has anything to do with his physical body. Between the 5 senses you cannot sense another persons mind. Ideas, morality, things that are products of our minds, have no discernibly roots in genes or DNA.

Besides, what point is there in trying to figure out where we came from? How does that help? I have trouble seeing where this ties in with anything. Most people blow it out to such a large proportion that it is just Believers vs Atheists, mainly, either people say God exists or He doesn't. Well, what does that matter either? If God exists, as I do believe, then He exists whether you know about it or can prove it or now. The point is, We are here, regardless of how we got here. If a group of people took a boat to an island, then much later on that island the people that lived there found the boat, but never knew how they got to island, might lead to a similar discussion. but how does knowing that you boated to the island help you live on the island? In the smallest sense, i think it might provide peace of mind to those with whom the question is so important. To others, what?

If truth is a relative concept, defined by our genes, than truth is defined for every single person by themselves only. If truth is outside human definition, ie it is the truth regardless whether we know or accept it, then it has the same effect because we have to choose to accept it or not. The existence of an existential truth would be helpful in the fact that it would also be the truth to everything else, it would be

bother ive lost my train of though. ill come back later.

ok i remember, it would be a universal truth that applied to everything. Once you found it, you could apply it to everything else you do. Example, A = A. a simple truth. Truth in such a manner is only applied to things over which there is no other control. Example, A hot object is hot, but a hot object causes pain is a relative term and therefor, not always true. I, for instance, have a much higher threshold for pain than most other people. The same hot water that would cause someone else to yelp might raise no level of discomfort for me. So I think that all universal truths only pertain, and therefor define, things which We ourselves do not define. God made everything, so therefore his universal truths and laws apply to everything that He made. We make up things for ourselves, in his image, like opinions, good, bad, nasty, taste, etc. These things are only true for us, who made them up. God made us, and also bestowed upon us a level of making things as well. So our physical bodies are subject to the laws that run through everything else physical. I wonder if the extent of our creative abilities can extend into the physical world as well? Ie, if we can also control or redefine anything that God made?

wouldn't make much sense, that would make us God too. Well, no, not really. We wouldn't be making anything, just changing it. I think that is as far as we can go. We cannot create anything new, like God did, but we can change them. Same way we define things or tack on extra definitions to things, tasty, bad, good, etc. Hmmm, that changes them for us, but not in reality. A "good" rock is still a rock. Hmmm, then what about laws then? Wait, no! We watch heat make an object hotter. But that source of heat is what we can change. Not the law, the truth, but the detail inherent in it. The variable. Or can we? We can burn wood or rub our hands together. Both produce some heat. If we are all energy, all made of the same stuff, then we haven't really changed the source of the heat. The only difference ...is that what we called a difference! We recognize wood and hands as two separate things, that is the extra titles we gave the same thing, the same energy. Hm so it would seem that again, the only thing we change is our perception of the Truth(s) in our world, not the truths themselves. Of course, assuming we all really are made of the same stuff. So are the differences we see between wood and hands only there because we seem them? Nah. I don't think we made the world, as that would imply. So there are different forms of the same energy. Ok. that means.....what?

It means that the truth, the law of heat making an object hotter, is always true, and it means that since different variables are included in that equation, different results are possible. Fire or warm palms. Ok. I guess that means that we have no discernible control over defining any laws that are already defined by God. We can't make an object hotter by taking away heat. But we should be able to change water into wine. Both made of the same stuff, energy. Just have to rearrange it. hmmmm. that means that there is probably a law for that somewhere, laying around. Wonder where it is.

wow, im bored.

music is pretty and i like it

i had an idea i wanted to write down real quick, so if necessary i could examine it and grow on it later.

so if time is related to energy, ie the more energy you put into something the less time it takes for an amount of work to be done, then time is not a constant. So it would seem to me that dating an object, telling how old it was, is assuming that there any constants related to it, ie half-lifes and such. Say i drill a hole into a rock with a power drill. takes a few minutes. Say Wrinkles McAncient drills a hole the same depth into the same rock with a stick and some sand. Takes say, a few weeks of constant work. Then a person comes by our rock and says he can tell the age of our rock by measuring the holes. Since Newbie here is only aware of the stick and sand method, he assumes that all holes have only been made by sticks and sand, that sticks and sand never change, and that therefor the amount of time it takes to drill a hole with sticks and sand is always the same, no matter what, no matter when. He then gages the age of our holes to be several weeks old. An error, because my power drilled hole only took a few minutes.

In general, I do not think that there are any constants outside of math. A number is a constant. 2 is always 2, no matter what. But because the world is constanty changing, then there can be no constants in relation to change. Change is always change, Change is always a Variable. Change is not a constant. The force of gravity is always a force, but it is not always 9.8 m/s. It changes if you goto other places say Mars or Jupiter. A more simple example is that a thrown ball does not always have the same velocity. Depends on who throws it. Depends on what the variables were that defined the velocity.

So i do not think there is any completely true measure of change, because that in itself would counter the definition of change. It would be a rule to it, a measure, a constant. For this to be accurate, it would have to exist outside of the world of change it is trying to measure, and therefor, not applicable, I think.

meh, ive gone over this idea before, i realize, but just not to do with the idea of dating objects, measuring their age.

back to what i was reading....

sasafrass pass

Duck under, sneak back and slam that puppy.

Or something :)

moved almost all my stuff into my own storage unit, which ash's dad paid for. Yay! I am thinking that the best thing might be to chill around at a friends house for a week, until wally shows up, so that we can get a place together when he gets here. Maybe, who knows. As long as there is a pool that i can learn scuba stuff in , or the ocean. Which ever works.

Must call uncle and see if there is any 2nd or 3rd shift construction jobs he can get me into. This waking up at 6am thing aint gonna work. Im a nite owl, thru n thru. weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!

Got my handbook for boys out of storage today, my dads old scouting book from his youth. Very helpful. Want my harry potter books back from my mom so I can read them. Hope their health is getting better. My parents, that is. Not the books.

the baalbek stones are absolutely tremendous. a 1200 ton stone still sits in the quarry there. Levers pulleys and inclined planes baby. Thats where its at. Im surprised no archeologists ever did any math. Silly nutters. Everyone always talking about "we don't know how they did it". Well stop whining and look at the people who figured it out. www.theforgottentechnology.com That guy figured it out. The foreign mister who made the coral castle figured it out. It just simple math, honestly.

I used to wonder if there were any unexplored places left on earth. There are a few, possibly, in the congo and some of the amazon, possibly part of borneo. All i've found out are few scientific expeditions, basically, people who dont spend more than 2 weeks in there. Thats it! So i know that at least, there are lots of places i haven't seen in this world. Not too sure about places that other people haven't seen in a while. I also know there are lots of things i haven't learned yet! oh well. Im stuch here in this ...this...if you want to call it a town. too big to be a town. Not compact enough to be a city. just a buch of individuals that live near the same watering hole. A few of us have made friends with eachother. I wonder what it is like to know everyone in your town. Like when i was in kindergarten and second grade, i knew everyone in my school. small private school, but still, i recognized every face, and i was a freakin kid. I even knew most if not all of their names, I cant really remember now. Definitely knew eveyone in my grade, and the next. LOL, as always, people have always thought i am much older than i am. Always look a good few years ahead of myself. woohoo!

edge of my vision, tickles my ears

well, i was in the mood to write lots earlier, but it passed. So ill sum up.

Ive read a lot in the past week or so about survival in the wilderness, camping, weapons, trapping, hunting, snaring, thermite and many different ways of making or procuring its cheap ingredients, and how sodium has fun in the pool.

Ive also read lots n lots about out of place artifacts, massively built stone structures in the world, how to move giant blocks, about all sorts of archeological finds n mysteries of sorts. I should turn my studies towards more current day stuff. I start working as a laborer with a roofing co. tommorow.

i hope.

skin has improved a whole lot. Like, almost all healed up now, just some discoloration due to lots of new skin growing in.

played some guitar lately.

having uber amounts of fun regardless of how it may look me sitting around hours on end, reading n reading n reading.

i hate fleas n gnats.

laa tee daa.

have unistalled STEAM on my computer, do to the unending frustration of the counter-strike being totally shitty and worthless. Fucking bullets should go where the crosshair is pointing. Thats what its for. The closer an object is, the easier it is to hit it, not the other way around. Bullets fired by a person being shot shouldn't dissapear, even if that person is killed. Bullets shouldnt dissapear at all, for that matter, nor should they magically dance around the target in some random fashion.

Am interested in training for iron palms. Looks useful.

am somewhat distracted by shawshank redemption on tv, going to go watch it. Good movie.

the wind goddess plays....

well im all anxious for this hurricane, its got me all like woohoo! But its nothing compared to my plans. I have a goal now ladies n gents!

I, the aimless wonder, have decided on a plan of action. I am having deja vu right now, but if you have heard me say this before, then let me know what it was. As far as im concerned, this is the best plan yet :)

Super dee luper! Awww man, I can't wait! ive got lots of stuff to do, but man, its all worth it. oh yeah! And a forced divorcee knows what i mean! Weeeeeeeeeeeeee!

ooooo..i wonder if i can wait a whole year? guess the monetary benefit is worth the wait, but small fries rarely get attention, unless maybe by a rookie. Who knows. Ill leave that open to discussion. Right now im concentrating on being a dive master, and studying. Lots of studying :)
